What we collect
Store events your shop shares with us (visits, carts, orders) and the contact details your shoppers gave you with consent.
How we use it
Only to decide when and how to send your shop’s messages, and to show you reports. We never sell it or use it for other shops.
Where it lives
On servers in the EU or the US, your choice, encrypted at rest and in transit.
Your shoppers’ rights
Shoppers can ask for a copy of their data or for it to be deleted. Requests are handled within 30 days.
Terms of use
You may cancel anytime from settings. We keep backups for 30 days after you leave, then delete them.
